The Background

My name is  ‘Andy’ with over 25 years of construction industry experience. A Civil Engineer by ‘trade’ and a Chartered Construction Manager, however spent over 15 years providing building design services - with the number of schemes in the hundreds across the East Midlands.

I focus on residential extensions and alterations, delivering high-quality CAD drawings, structural calculations, and technical specifications to secure Planning Permission and Building Regulation approval. From your first site visit to final sign-off, I provide a truly personal and professional service—supporting you through every step of the design and build process.
